Each item we sell is a unique hand-painted creation! We are very confident that you will enjoy your Glass Paradox purchase. However, if you should have a problem with any item, please follow the instructions below.
Items Broken in Shipment
Your purchase is carefully packed for shipment to prevent any items from damage during shipment. However, every now and again it happens. Please call or email us using the numbers/addresses shown on our contact page to arrange for replacement of your broken item.
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of any broken items to arrange replacement.
Replacement of broken items will be made within 14 days of notification.
All Other Problems
Please contact us using the information shown on our contact page to discuss the problem and what we can do to resolve the situation.
Your Glass Paradox purchase will be carefully wrapped, cushioned, and boxed by the artist. Great care is taken to package your item(s) securely with plenty of protective materials.
In-stock orders are shipped twice weekly (Tuesday & Thursday). If an item is out of stock or if a delay is expected, you will be notified by email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Domestic Shipping: Glass Paradox offers shipping by UPS Ground to the Continental United States only. Shipping rates will vary depending on item size, quantity and delivery address. We do not ship to foreign countries.
Payment is accepted via Mastercard/Visa and Paypal. Your payment is processed when your order is placed. Maine residents charges include 5.5% sales tax.
An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped. This email will include a tracking number. Additionally, your account on the web site will show the order status and shipped tracking number as it becomes available.
We do not normally offer local pick-up or expedited shipping. You may contact us for more information.
